Easy Return Process

Exchange Options

Opting for an exchange? We reserve the right to offer an acceptable replacement or issue a refund if a suitable alternative is not available. Ensure the items are returned in their original packaging and condition. While you are responsible for the return shipping costs due to insurance restrictions, we cover the expenses to ship the exchanged product back to you. The decision to refund or replace your item is at the sole discretion of Gold StandardX.

Restocking Fees and Market Loss

Returned products (excluding the GSX24K line of products) may be subject to a restocking fee of 5% or $35, whichever is higher. For products from the GSX24K jewelry line, a restocking fee of 10% applies. Additionally, returned items may be subject to market loss, determined solely by Gold StandardX.

Product Integrity

To ensure a smooth return process, please refrain from damaging any product through acid tests or other intrusive methods. Unfortunately, we cannot accept products for exchange or return if such damage occurs.

International Orders

For our valued international customers, please be aware that due to the complexities of international shipping, Gold StandardX will handle international return requests on a case-by-case basis.
